At Cornell Bunting LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality books, merchandise, and digital products that inspire, empower, and entertain. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 Books & Printed Materials

All sales of books and printed materials (including signed copies) are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

 Apparel & Merchandise

You may return unused, unworn, and unwashed apparel or merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or defective product).

 Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Programs)

All sales of digital products are non-refundable. Because of the instant-access nature of digital content, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital files, please reach out to us at [your customer support email], and we will ensure you receive full access.

 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email cornleg9@cornellbunting.com with:
   • Your full name and order number
   • A brief explanation of the issue
   • Photos of the item (if applicable)
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed.

 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

• Items marked with final sales or clearance are not eligible for return.
• We reserve the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet the above conditions.
